We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator to join our Marketing Team. 

What does a Lead Generator do?

As a lead generator you will be responsible for generating you leads via Telesales to potential new customer and building a strong pipeline of opportunities by using your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.

The role would suit someone who is eager to make a impact within a busy sales and marketing environment.

 There is the option to work from home, or from MSite’s Head Office in Liverpool.

Full time or part time hours available.

      • B2B telesales calls to hit call targets
      • Build and maintain a lead pipeline
      • Follow up on lost business in attempt to win back the customer

          • Ability to convey technical information clearly and in a benefits-focused manner
          • Excellent telephone manner

Experience 

Essential

        • Excellent telephone skills
        • Able to negotiate and overcome obstacles.
Desirable
      • Telesales or call centre experience
      • An understanding of the marketing mix.
      • Ability to interpret data and use it to inform planning.
      • Experience in the construction or technology sector.

Personal attributes

      • Ability to understand customer needs.
      • Demonstrate bold determination to identify sales opportunities.
      • Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
      • Ability to communicate at multiple levels within the client organisation.
