Logging into the Face Mini
The MSite Face Mini uses an app to capture worker time and attendance.
This app is called MSite Supervisor.
Follow the steps below to log in and use the MSite Face Mini.
1.
To log into the MSite Supervisor app, enter your login details:
- Company: usually YourCompanyName.msitecloud.com
(Must not contain spaces. Is not case sensitive)
- Email Address: You@youremail.com
- Password: Your password
- Select Sign in
Note: At a minimum, you need to log in with a user account that has the 'Mobile - Time & Attendance' user role.
Question: What if the person who is logged into the app leaves the business?
Answer: Click on the name at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and select "Log Out". Then log in with a different user.

Once logged in, please allow the device to sync with the wider MSite system.

Please navigate to the settings, where the following should be switched on:
- Use Main Front Camera (This should be on by default)
- Face Recognition (This should be on by default)
- Turn on "Show Access Denied" if you would like notify workers when their access is restricted
- Turn on "Auto-Sync in Kiosk Mode"
If your Face Mini device has not been pre-configured to connect to your site WiFi, you can do this by:
- Contacting MSite Support
- Provide them with the SSID/Network name and Password
- MSite Support can then remotely enable the chosen Wifi network for your device

Click "Time & Attendance".

Then, please:
- Click "Location" and select your site.
- The "Door" should be automatically selected.
- Click "People" to continue.
- Click continue on the 'Entering Kiosk Mode pop up.

The device will now be locked in kiosk mode and is ready to start capturing time & attendance.
