We have an exciting opportunity for a After Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team. 

What does a After Sales Administrator do?

Our customers are at the heart of our business, and as a Aftersales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with post installation quotations, hire extensions and off-hire activity. The right candidate will have a positive mindset, a passion for customer service and a great attitude.

  • Produce quotations for post installation requirements for customers

  • Effective processing of hire extensions and off hire activity

  • Processing of support renewals and/or upgrades

  • Processing purchase orders based upon quotation activity

  • Administration of CRM for opportunity management

  • Administration of after sales pipeline

  • Administration & forecasting of off-hire activity

  • Daily correspondence with customers via email/telephone 

  • Daily/weekly CRM reporting

  • Updating issues and risks log


Experience 
      • Business orientated qualification (or equivalent)

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel and Outlook in particular

      • Professional, discreet and confidential approach to all activities

      • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines – excellent eye for detail

      • Customer service orientated

      • Methodical/logical approach to work

      • Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills with a varied and diverse workload

      • Enthusiastic, energetic and proactive approach
