Q. Tell us about your project? What is the scope of work and what are some of the challenges you face?
A. We are a highways maintenance contract, delivering all aspects of the service from Asset Management through design to delivery. Our biggest challenges are:

Standardising inductions and on boarding
Q. What data are you capturing to make your on site processes more efficient, and how does MSite support you with this? What products are you using?
A. We are using two MSite Face Readers, the Supervisor App, Workforce App and Location Check In to address the challenges of knowing who is on which site, when and where, having confidence that they have been inducted and then capturing various data points about the individuals.
Q. You recently implemented location check-in across the project. How has this been received by the workforce? How did you drive adoption?
A. The uptake has been really positive and the system is seen as simple to use and really straightforward. It's helped us simplify the start of shift/end of shift processes and ensure that we are capturing better data.
Q. What are the benefits of using location check-in across your projects?
A. It's easier and quicker than other methods thus driving increased utilisation and better data capture for reporting.
Q. You've worked collaboratively with MSite for some time now, specifically with regards to it's deployment throughout the business. How have you found this collaboration and how would you describe it?
A. I think we have an excellent and very collaborative relationship and we are now starting to really see the benefits of the MSite system.
