I'm currently doing a Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship that kicked off just over a year ago. MSite has been super supportive, giving me plenty of chances to learn and grow into my new position as a manager. I've learned loads over the last year about sales, which has been incredibly helpful in my day-to-day job and managing my team. I am due to finish this course in May and already thinking and looking at the next big step in my personal development with the help and support of MSite.

I have recently enrolled in Level 3 CIPD HR Qualification which will see me through the next year and a half until I go on to do my my Level 5. I am really enjoying it so far and I have just passed my first assessment —yay me!

Even though I have only been on the program for a short period of time my knowledge of the HR has increased which I can now apply to my day-to-day role helping MSite achieve one of its goals for the year of being a great place to work!
