How we integrate with Procore
Construction is an industry that relies on collaboration, and that reliance doesn’t stop when considering the move towards digital transformation. Just like in any work environment, each team member brings different strengths to the table. This is exactly how we view our relationship with our integration partners – a mutually beneficial collaboration, which adds huge value to our clients' projects.
It is no secret that the construction industry has been resistant to the uptake of digital transformation. For professionals across the sector, from supply chain to site managers and tradespeople, the move towards digital solutions has created a new way of working with many seeking a one stop shop for all aspects of project and workforce management. In short, why have two systems when you could have one?
This is where integration comes in – the combination of MSite, our workforce management solution, and Procore, a project management platform, gives us the ability to offer the full package in one place. Popular in the US and more recently in the UK, Procore is used by several of our customers such as OHMG, Elliot Group UK and Westgreen. The benefits this partnership offers are clear to see, ultimately creating a single source of truth for end-to-end delivery.
MSite X Procore
The same way that workforce management is our bread and butter, Procore specialises in project management. Its platform helps to mobilise communication and documentation for the full project lifecycle, from putting out tenders to updating site diaries, to creating worker timesheets and uploading drawings.
What we bring to the table is workforce data insights across the entire worker journey, from before they first step on site to the last time they clock out. This includes worker pre-registration and inductions, through to real-time attendance data and on-site training.
Key integration features include:
Project Visibility
Worker Profiles & Inductions
Timesheet
Sync
Time & Attendance Data
Within the integration, instead of creating worker profiles on Procore, information is synced in real-time from the MSite system along with time and attendance data. Not only does this completely negate the need for duplication but it also offers granular level detail, all in one accessible system. Where previously we would see data being siloed by organisation or department, this collaboration promotes transparency and efficiency with the removal of ambiguity around workforce and project information.
Whats next?
At MSite, we are constantly looking forward and evolving our offering, both individually and in collaboration with our integration partners and clients. Whether that is document syncronisation or integrating our latest Labour Hours offering, our mission is to continue streamlining workforce management and increasing project efficiency through updates to existing products and the launch of new ones too. One thing is for sure, there is endless potential to make the MSite and Procure integration bigger and more impactful in the future.
